First, the whole experience felt very safe, well-planned, and thoughtful. It is clear that Juan genuinely cares about the participants and has a passion for healing. The shamans that hosted us were kind, compassionate, and deeply committed. As for the experience itself, it was emotionally challenging and extremely enriching and cathartic. So much came up for me during the days of the retreat, enough insightful content to continue to contemplate years into the future. The visuals and insights that I experienced continue to inspire and guide me. The experience was deeply meaningful in a lasting way. Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin.. I had the pleasure of spending near two weeks with Juan, the owner of Life Synergy retreat. And it was both a lovely and informative experience. As a teacher in yoga and nutrition, I was invited to participate in a retreat week, alongside the guests for a psilocybin mindset -reset. There was incredible attention to detail throughout the week’s itinerary, from meals, daily practices and local traditions. The intimacy of the experience was a highlight for me, as Juan keeps the groups rather small. This allows for deeper connection and the encouragement to break outside your comfort zone. I was able to bond and learn from the other facilitators, as well as find genuine friendship with the participants. I’ve been to various retreats in recent years and this one ranked high for me. If you’re in search of a transformative, lasting experience I highly recommend Life Synergy. Very great full for the hospitality and memories during my stay

Experiencia fantástica: If you are thinking about going on a Life Synergy retreat I recommend you go for it. From our initial phone call on WhatsApp I got a positive feeling - even though I was in the U.K. and Juan was in Mexico. So I booked on. I’ll explain why I’m very glad I did … Juan and his very talented team knows exactly what works and what doesn’t. We visited some parts of the Riviera Maya that tourists don’t get to see and met some people we ordinarily wouldn’t have flying in from afar. I deliberately wont go into detail because I don’t want to spoil the magic of the retreats. Especially the ceremonial parts. Also there are also some nice little touches that led me to think a lot of thought and care went into the retreat. Trustworthy, kind and calm. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first wellness retreat with Juan and it was one of the most profound experiences of my life. I picked this place because I did not feel pushed or any preasure at all like I felt at other retreats. Juan is very carring and supportive. He trully cares about people and you can trust him with all your heart. He is very humble and you can always count on him. The hotel we stayed at ,was very cute , right in downtown, 5 min from the beach. The food was amazing and very nourishing. I enjoyed every meal. I would highly recommend this place and planning on coming back.

Juan and his entire team from the ceremony leaders to his assistant Patrick are just wonderful people that genuinely want the best for you and do this line of work for all the right reasons. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people and know that is because Juan ensures everyone is there for the right reasons. Amount of knowledge gained over 4 days is incredible and I highly recommend for anyone feeling a little stuck in the day to day grind.

Experiencia fantástica: I went on a retreat with Life Synergy last May. I'm only now writing my review because I wanted to make sure there were lasting effects and that it wasn't a gimmick. I'm happy to say that the former is true. This was a profoundly transformative experience for me. I have a different outlook on life, and a newfound sense of self that I didn't know I could achieve. Juan was amazing, and jumped through every hoop needed to make sure we were well taken care of. All of the meals prepared by the hotel were incredible, and gave me a new appreciation for vegan food. Note: THE DETOX IS IMPORTANT!!! If you do not follow the detox instructions before your retreat, expect to have some nausea when you take part in the ceremonies. All but one person in my group ignored the detox instructions, and all but one of us got sick.... so there's that. Also, the hotel never sent me a confirmation for my room reservation. This made me nervous at first but that's just the way they do business. Lastly I'd like to say there is nothing to be afraid of. There is a lot of hype and misinformation about tripping on magic mushrooms, especially in the United States, but it wasn't anything like I thought it would be. In fact, I was completely lucid and functional the entire time. On the first day I experienced a good trip, but I had a bad one on the second day. Juan and his assistants were right there to pull me out of it when it went down. It wasn't anything crazy like you may have heard of, like hallucinations or paranoia, and I had a pretty hefty dose. I just found myself in a very dark place, which wasn't really anything new at that point, and that reflected in my mood and my trip. Once I was out of it, Juan guided me back to the mindset I needed for healing. That bad trip actually turned into the best "good" trip of the retreat, and it was actually during this time that I had my own personal breakthrough. Was it worth it? Absolutely. I had my reservations about it at first, and it does take some guts to go through with it and dive into the unknown, but it was without a doubt the best decision I've ever made for myself. Your mental health is very, very important. The ceremonies you do bring you clarity like you can't even imagine, and it was through this clarity that I was ultimately able to find peace.

Prior to the retreat, I was feeling a little "stuck" in various aspects of my life. During the ceremonies, I experienced several insights and breakthroughs that gave me a guide for how to become a better version of myself and how to live a more fulfilling life. Besides the ceremonies, Juan took care of everything from meals, lodging, and activities, so I could spend my time relaxing and healing. Juan is an awesome guy who genuinely cares about his guests and does whatever he can to make sure everyone has a great experience. Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the Best, Organized All Inclusive Wellness Retreat I have ever been on. The Health food, fresh juices and plant based meals were Amazing! Plenty to snack on and quench your thirst was provided from carefully prepared snack nuts to coconut water. We got to visit a new location every day for this journey. This Amazing Team offered Yoga, Sound baths and Music from the Gods! The Tamascal and Sonote transformed my being and opened my Third Eye & Heart. I recommend this to Everyone who is seeking a path to find their true self and Enlightenment. I'm beyond Grateful to GOD for showing me there are Beautiful Beings that bring such a Beautiful experience to the World with ancient rituals that truly work miracles. Namaste' ♥

How valuable and special the space is that Juan and the other helpers open and hold for all participants is not only proven by my own experience but also by the transformations I have been able to observe in others at the retreat. Apart from the fact that the whole planning and execution is very competent and professional and you feel well taken care of all around, it is especially Juan's empathy and passion for what he does that makes the retreat stand out. Juan spares no expense or effort in providing everyone with the individual support they need, whereby each participant ended up getting so much more than what they originally paid for. Experiencia fantástica: As a volunteerer teaching the yoga to the participants in the morning sunrise on the rooftop has been an immense honor! Little did I know I was able to also participate. I have taken plant medicine a few times before but nothing close to what I have experienced on this retreat with @lifesynergy. Juan has been a great host putting the group together, organizing and making everyone feel safe and happy. Sadi and the facilitators guiding us through the trip with smudging, sound healing, singing mayan songs, cacao, temazcal and going to sacred cenotes has been very sensational and heart opening for me. I went into the ceremonies with an open mind and I set some intentions so I was able to make closure with some of my past experiences. I highly recommend doing plant medicine with these professionals since there exists a likelihood of carrying ancestral traumas that block us from becoming the best versions of ourselves. I truly believe that we have come here to clear it up, not only for us but for the next generations. Experiencia fantástica: Its hard to find the right words to describe the experience I had during this incredible retreat with Juan. It is a matter of going through it yourself and feeling what it does to you. First of all, the organization these days was perfectly well done. I felt super safe and comfortable throughout this retreat. We were with a group of 10 people which was perfect. Everyone was open to meet each other and share their thoughts and experiences. The connection with others were very profound and beautiful. I am so grateful to be able to have participated these days and the beauty of life it has shown me. Experiencia fantástica: I was surprised how much I learned from Juan cooking, joga, nutrition and meditation. He is very knowledgeable teacher who can change your life and balance your health. Until I met Juan I thought how much I know and how to take care of my health but Juan introduce me to reality of real treatments of nutrients. I am glad that I took 6 day of the treatment and I amazing I looking forward to meet him again and learn more. On February 6th, 2021.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Juan when I was dealing with some pretty serious health issues, I had recently had surgery for stage 4 endometriosis and was still in a lot of pain. My digestive system was in really poor shape due to all the painkillers. Juan instinctively knew what to do to help me and within a few hours of drinking my juice I was starting to feel better. Within just 5 days of juice, yoga and restorative physiotherapy I was feeling lighter, happier, my pain had reduced significantly, and although weight loss wasn’t a priority, I lost a total of 9 inches from my waist, hips and thighs! Juan is a fountain of knowledge, and his tips and motivation have helped me to stay focused to continue my healing. If you are having a bit of a health crisis or you want to get back on track, Juan is your man!

Experiencia fantástica: We arranged a company retreat with Life Synergy. We had an amazing experience connecting with our team again after being isolated in a home office for so long. They provided some truly transforming experiences with native ceremonies of sweat lodge and a lovely tour to some incredible nature spots called cenotes. Everything was great but for me personally one of the highlights of the event was the gourmet food, I surely did not think I could eat healthy yet enjoy it even more that the unhealthy options, with some really tasty fermented drinks. I suggest the villa in Playa Paraiso for lodging, it is a really sweet spot. Highly recommended overall.
