This one take the cake for being the best going internationally since I have traveled all over the world and many times to know Cancun is super sketchy in from the moment you land to the last second you leave. So I am careful who I go to. I needed some work done and been searching for someone that was close enough to make a better version of myself and close enough to States to get touch up or aftercare. He speaks English so well! You would thought he was born in the States. Anyways, I heard from a friend that Dr. Alan Solis was the guy to go to that was trained by people that specialized in volume body work. Dr. S really prove that there is really honest people in Cancun. From the moment I met him. You feel like he is a real friend. You already know you don't have to worry about getting rip off or scam. He listen to your concern. He gives you the price upfront. (They run amazing promos every month) He show you exactly what product and open each and every single thing right in front of you. He doesn't push you to buy things. He explains every detail, every steps, how much he using and even what movements will happen during your procedure. He make sure you are not in any pain. He tells you exactly what you need and gives you everything you need to know for aftercare. He will work with what your end goals are. He will make you look more beautiful and knows what you are looking for. You know you are in good hands. I am very pleased with my entire experience. I will be back this summer for touch up and plan on just taking many more quick 2 hour flight to see Dr. S for future treatment and fly right back home to New Orleans same day. Will be so worth it! Just because I know I have a doctor I can truly trust to feel and look my best.

Experiencia negativa: I did not enjoy my experience at all. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. We were eventually greeted and asked to fill out the paperwork. There was no warm welcoming, or asked us if we wanted some water or use the restroom before our treatment. We eventually were ushered to the treatment room and asked to lay down on a dental chair. My esthetician reclined me so far back that it made my chest hurt, I asked her to please not recline me so much as I just had breast surgery. She started cleansing my face, and after cleansing, she left me unattended for almost 5 minutes without an explanation until another esthetician came in and told me they would be performing my dermaplaning. I really enjoyed my dermaplaning. The guy that did it was very skilled and explained every step ( he is the reason why I'm giving a 2 star and not one). After the dermaplaning, the first esthetician returned to finish the rest of my facial treatment. She continued working on me, not asking me if what she was doing ok, if I was comfortable, if the pressure was ok, never once did she explain what she was putting on my face, etc. We paid extra for a scalp massage, and the pressure was so feather like that I asked her to please increase it as I actually wanted to feel the hands on my scalp. At the end of my treatment, I still had product left on my chin from the mask that was applied earlier. This will not be a place I will be visiting again while in Cancun.

Experiencia fantástica: Decidí probar el tratamiento de Microneedling, hace poco tuve la mejor experiencia al ser atendida aquí. Desde el momento en que llegué, Sherlyn me recibió con una sonrisa haciéndome sentir cómoda (me encantó su presencia, sin duda fue genial ser atendida por ella), fue extremadamente profesional y se aseguró de explicarme el procedimiento (hasta me dio varios consejos de cuidados que me voy a seguir, hay que escuchar a esta chica, sabe de lo que habla) Además, aproveché para probar uno de los faciales que ofrecen, y fue una experiencia de lo más relajante. El masaje craneofacial fue el toque final perfecto, realmente me sentí mimada de principio a fin. Recomiendo visitar el centro, espero ir por un botox la próxima vez.

Experiencia fantástica: Just an awesome doctor who does fantastic work. He was able to see me the same day I called. Dr Soliz speaks English well and is knowledgeable and took all the questions I had. My jaw muscles are strong and kept breaking my dental work. Hopefully after a big injection there my teeth will remain. This location is in Cancun, not near Tijuana and the California border. Once you get to the building, it is tricky finding the office. You need to walk to the back of the building and walk up three flights. There are no signs outside saying Vive Medical. It is an orange and white building, with a Starbucks nearby.
